We’re really sad to be leaving, but we’re looking for someone to take over our contract of a two bedroom flat contract in the coming weeks as we look to move to a property we are purchasing.

Therefore, we’re offering our entire 2-bedroom flat to rent (not individual rooms). Perfect for a couple, two sharers, or a small family. We’re moving out early, so the next tenants would take over our contract (approx. 10 months remaining, but landlord happy to extend). The flat will be available fully furnished from late October.

Generally, it’s been a pleasure to live here. The landlord is very supportive and responsive, and it’s pet friendly. Landlord has made several very speedy repairs and replacements when needed, and flat is a cozy, safe and sweet living space right in the heart of Maida Vale. Flat has plenty of storage space, a sizeable kitchen, super king size bed and single bed in the second bedroom which doubles as a study for us. Flat comes furnished with all the basics. Living room has an electric heater for a cozier winter feel, TV is with the flat.

Perfectly located moments away from Maida Vale station (Bakerloo) (you can see the station, Starbucks and Gails from the living room window!) and approximately 20 minutes walk from St John’s Wood station (Jubilee). Very close to amenities of Maida Vale, including bars, restaurants, shops and cafes. Very close to Paddington Recreation ground too which is wonderful for its running track, gym, tennis courts etc but also to relax in.

Willing to negotiate on entry date for a date convenient to you. We’ve really loved living here and happy to chat about the area too.
