I’m looking for two female flatmates to share my lovely 3-bed flat in Maida Vale, available from 2nd December.

The flat is bright and on the top floor, with a spacious living room and a beautiful balcony overlooking the park — perfect for morning coffee or relaxed evenings. The neighbourhood is safe, peaceful, and well-kept, with friendly neighbours all around. There’s a Sainsbury’s just a 5-minute walk away, a Tesco about 10 minutes away, and the tube station is around 8 minutes walk, so getting around is super easy.

I’m ideally looking for professionals around my age who are respectful, tidy, and have a similar lifestyle. Someone who’s up for socialising and hanging out sometimes — whether that’s a movie night, walk, or going out and exploring — but who also appreciates personal space, independence, and quiet time.

A bit about me — I'm Carolina, 28, and I work full-time in a corporate job for a global company, Monday to Friday. Outside of work, I love exploring cute coffee shops, going for walks, trying new restaurants, watching F1 on Sundays, having cozy, relaxed evenings at home and exploring new places.
