Cosy little room in Maida Vale

We’ve got a small but lovely room available in our Maida Vale flat on Widley Road - 3 mins from Paddington Rec, 7 mins to the Bakerloo line, and 15 mins to the Hammersmith & City line. We are 20-min walk to Notting hill which makes for the perfect weekend activity!

The flat is definitely on the compact side, but it’s super cosy and genuinely feels like home. You’ll be sharing with Yasmin (32) - half Italian, half Lebanese, a pharmacist working hybrid. She’s super active, into fitness and travelling. And, Joann (27) - from Switzerland, working full-time in Operations in a hostel chain HQ. We are always up for a chat, tea, or a ClassPass class.

We’re both easygoing, tidy, and love a good balance between social and chill. We’ll happily share tea and laughs after dinner, but we also appreciate our quiet time - no pressure to be “on” all the time.

The room is small, so it’s best for someone who values location and good company over extra square footage. It comes furnished with a double bed, storage and a desk. If you don't use the desk, it can be dissembled and you can put a couch to make it cozier. (The pictures of the room are old, the chest of drawer is another one now, there isn't an armchair, but there is an extra clothing rack. The bed and the desk are the same.) There isn't a living room, the kitchen and the bathroom are the only common spaces. But for the price and the area, it’s a little gem.

We are looking for someone from the 1st of November ideally. We are flexible for short term as well. If you are looking for something Monday to Friday that would also work!
