Ensuite & Double Rooms in Beautiful Maida Vale!

Looking for lovely housemates to share this spacious apartment in Lauderdale Mansions. I’m an engineer in my mid-twenties and would love to create a cosy home with people I genuinely enjoy living with.

The flat is in a beautiful red-brick mansion block and has recently been refurbished. There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms (including an en-suite), a large living room with a fireplace, and a fully fitted kitchen with a dining area. It’s bright throughout and overlooks huge private gardens where I’ve already enjoyed a few barbecues and picnics. The building has a great community feel and everyone here is really friendly.

We’re in an amazing Maida Vale location, with Warwick Avenue, Maida Vale, and Royal Oak stations all close by (Zone 2, Bakerloo + Circle/H&C lines). The flat is Council Tax Band F. There are loads of shops, cafes, restaurants and canal walks nearby, so it’s a lovely area to call home.

There’s a video attached, but just to say it was taken when I first moved in about a month ago, so the place is much more homely with more furnishings now!

A little about me:
I’m Emily and I recently moved back to London after a couple of years away. I’m into boxing, painting, reading, tech, entrepreneurship and getting outside as much as possible. I’m easygoing, tidy, and respectful of personal space, but I also love cooking together, watching something in the evening, or heading out for a weekend adventure. I’d love to live with people who are chilled and want to make the flat feel like a proper home. Clean and considerate housemates are definitely appreciated too.
