The whole place has a peaceful feel, lovely views over a tree-lined road, and we have huge private gardens and parking available right outside. There is a porter that looks after the mansion block who ensures we have everthing we need and we also have a cleaner.

We’re also just minutes from the largest green space in Westminster, with a gym, classes, tennis courts and an athletic track.

- I often just walk to Paddington (Zone 1) through Little Venice to catch the Circle line (it’s a lovely walk along the canal)
- Quiet, safe neighbourhood with cafés, shops and restaurants
- Great community in the building and porters who are lovely and helpful
