Double room available in a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom flat in Queen's Park/Maida Vale.

The room is sunny and south facing. It comes furnished with the bed, mattress, and a beside table. We can also arrange selling some of the furniture the current housemates have.
The bathroom is shared with only one other flatmate.

Bills are not included and on average are £105 per month (for council tax, water, energy, and Internet).

The current flatmates are both female professionals. They are super friendly, enjoy travelling, reading, yoga, sports, watching Formula 1, and having a glass of wine while whining about work. They both love hanging out, having a chat, watching TV together but also have their own quiet time. Not a party house but a social, homely flat and looking for a flatmate that will continue making it feel like a home. Ideally looking for a female professional, 27-35 years old.

The flat is conveniently located near several transport systems. The nearest stations are Queens Park (6min walk, bakerloo and lioness line), Brondesbury Park (15min walk, Mildmay line), and Westbourne Park (15min walk, circle and Hammersmith&City line). It's also conveniently located within a short walk of several bus routes.

It's also located within a 10min walk of both Queens Park and Paddington recreation ground. It's also within a 5min walk to the high street with lots of cafes, pubs/bars, and a farmers markets on Sundays.
