1 bedroom available in a cozy flat a 10 min walk from Paddington and 5 minute walk from Warwick Avenue (Bakerloo line). Gets gorgeous sunlight and is right next to a small high street (Gail’s, Tesco, Boots, etc.).

The room itself gets gorgeous morning sunlight, has great closet space, and comes with a king bed. Tthe flat has 2 bathrooms so you’d get your own! The flat has a classic London feel but is also recently updated with new appliances, etc. Flat also has a lofted space that works well for storage as well as hosting visitors (has room to comfortably fit a king sized airmattress).

Flatmate would be a woman in her late 20s who works in finance. We’ve loved spending evenings going to restaurants we’ve been dying to try or watching films, but also live separate lives and give each other plenty of space.
