Double room available in W9

Hi, I have a 1-bed room available in a 2B1B flat in W9, Maida Hill, about a 6–7 minute walk from Queen’s Park.
The room comes furnished with a bed, built-in wardrobe, drawers, and a bedside table. The living room is separate from the kitchen, located on the upper level. The toilet is shared with me.
I value a peaceful, restful home and keeping all communal areas clean. Ideally, I’m looking for someone who doesn’t work from home, communicates well, and is respectful. There are no strict house rules, and I’m happy to compromise, but please note this is not a party flat. I’d like to get along with my flatmate not be strangers while still respecting boundaries and personal space.
Please note: the current bedroom picture is provisional and is an old photo of my room. Room sizes are approximately the same. I’m waiting for updated photos from my sister, which will show the room you’ll be taking and the shared spaces. Photos of the communal areas will be uploaded later tonight.
