The room comes furnished with a bed, built-in wardrobe, drawers, and a bedside table. The living room is separate from the kitchen, located on the upper level. The toilet is shared with me.
I value a peaceful, restful home and keeping all communal areas clean. Ideally, I’m looking for someone who doesn’t work from home, communicates well, and is respectful. There are no strict house rules, and I’m happy to compromise, but please note this is not a party flat.
