Sunny, cosy room in Maida Vale

I’m Joan, current flatmate in the flat where three girls are living. I am soon moving out but I can be very flexible about the starting date.
The room is cosy and furnished with all you need - a double bed, wardrobe, desk and drawers.

All bills are included, and cleaning of the communal areas is shared between us (with an option to pay an extra £25 a month if you wish to opt out and have your shift taken by someone else).

There are two bathrooms, both with showers, and a spacious kitchen/living room with a sofa, table and tv.

We would like someone clean and quiet to join our peaceful space, though we enjoy spending time together!
