Spacious king room in modern 3-bed (Maida Vale)

King-size room available in a friendly, well-kept 3-bed flat in Maida Vale (literally less than 1 minute walk from the station).

We’re looking for a like-minded professional to take over a bright, medium-sized room with a king bed from 22nd March.

The flat is spread across three floors and has a big, comfortable living room where we usually end up after work for Netflix, sport, or a casual beer before heading out to the pub. We’re social but relaxed. No house parties or chaos, just a good vibe and a place that feels like home.

You’d be sharing two bathrooms between three people, so no morning queues, and we also have a cleaner every two weeks which keeps things easy.

The area is quiet and safe, and being so close to the station makes life ridiculously convenient.

We’re three 28-year-old Irish professionals who’ve known each other for years. I am moving out to go travelling for a year so needing someone to take over my room.

Weekdays are usually:
• Work
• Gym
• Home for Netflix / food

Weekends:
• Sometimes friends over to watch sport, Then out to the pub or dinner
• Sometimes just chilled

We keep the place tidy, respectful, and drama-free.

Ideally we are looking for someone of a similar age profile, professional, social but independent.
