We have a small room available from 13/02 in a beautiful 3 storey 4 bedroom house in a gated private mews in Maida Vale.

All the bills (energy, water, council tax, internet, TV license) are around £120 per month at the moment.

Small size double, with a build in wardrobe and chest of drawers. You will be sharing a bathroom with 2 more tenants.

There is an opportunity to move your stuff sooner, we have lots of storage space.

Ground Floor:
Double Bedroom + WC
Little cupboards for the smaller rooms to store extra stuff and shelves
Utility Room (Washing Machine, Dryer, Additional fridge)
Garage (good for storing things in)
Back patio

1st Floor:
Big Kitchen with breakfast area (got everything you would need with a dishwasher, oven, microwave and fridge/freezer)
Massive living and dining room with cozy sofa, tv, big dining table.

2nd floor:
2 Double Bedrooms
1 Master Bedroom en-suite (available)
Bathroom (bath + shower)

The area is very well connected with public transport - lots of buses, including night once and about 10 minutes walk to Maida Vale (Bakerloo) and Westbourne Park (Hammersmith&City, Circle lines) tube stations. 15 mins by bus to Marble Arch, 10 mins to Paddington.

There are shops and supermarkets nearby and lots of nice restaurants and pubs. Walking distance to Notting Hill, Little Venice, Paddington Recreation ground.

You would be sharing with 3 girls (29-35 years old - American, Slovenian and Italian). We like socialising, but also respect each other's space. We're looking for someone friendly and tidy, who would equally enjoy having a dinner/watching a movie together and chilling on their own :) And NOT WFH full time.

A room is very small so this would be an ideal option for professionals working in London during the week who leave the city at weekends.
