Double Room in Maida Vale

Hello! I'm looking for a flatmate for this bright well located flat in Maida Vale.

A bit about the flat:
Location - To the right you have Maida Vale with its picturesque tree-lined streets, Paddington Rec and Little Venice. If you care to venture further, a short bus ride will take you to the West End. To the left is Kilburn high street which has a Tesco express, M&S, Aldi and Sainsbury's all within a 10 minute walk. Along with countless other shops and Kilburn High Rd overground (which is 2 stops to Euston).

Amenities: The room available is a double and is furnished with a bed, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers.

Outgoings: Monthly rent is £950. Bills are approximately £100 a month and the deposit is £1096. The property is Council Tax Band C. The move in date is approximately 31st January, but I can be flexible.

A bit about me - I am a 29 year old civil servant who enjoys baking, going to the gym, running, and visiting the many lovely pubs, cafes and restaurants that Maida Vale has to offer. I don't have any pets but my family dog visits occasionally.

I am looking for a professional who is looking for a home rather than a place to co-exist. So I'd be like to find someone who would enjoy doing things together. This could include sharing meal when we are both in, chilling together or going out for the odd drink.
