Room for rent in Queen's Park and Maida Vale area

Hi everyone, I’m moving out of my current flat as I will be moving in with my partner, and we’re looking for a like‑minded replacement to join our household.

The flat is currently shared by two couples. Three flatmates are working professionals, and one is completing a Master’s degree. Everyone is friendly and respectful, enjoys spending time together, and also values personal space.

We’re ideally looking for a working professional who is tidy, outgoing, and enjoys a social lifestyle—whether that’s heading to the pub together, chatting in the kitchen, or joining the occasional group plan. Cleanliness and consideration for others are important to us, and we’d love someone who’s keen to be part of a relaxed, sociable home rather than just renting a room.

The flat itself is located between the trendy Queen’s Park, Kensal Rise, and Maida Vale. There are tons of cool pubs and restaurants around the area. The flatmates enjoy decorating, so should you wish to add a piece of your art, you are most definitely welcome.

The room is furnished, with lots of natural light during the day, a wardrobe, and some cabinets.

The closest station is a 5–10 minute walk to Queen’s Park station, which is on the Bakerloo and Lioness lines.

The bills come to less than £100 per month, which includes council tax, gas, Wi‑Fi, etc.

Rent:
• £850 for the first month
• £900 per month from March onwards

Notice period: Two months’ notice may be given should you need to leave the flat for any reason.
