Spacious en suite in the heart of maida vale

I am moving in with my partner and looking for someone to take over my lease.

This is a lovely and spacious room that has its own shower and toilet. Comes with clean mattress, 2 closet space and a drawer. I can leave table and chair but table is rather flimsy.

Shower has water good pressure and stays hot.

Kitchen is shared, there is no living room.
Kitchen has washing machine, airfryer and pots and pans that you can use. There is small table that you can use for dining. Everyone has separate cupboard space and space in the fridge.

Current flatmates: 2 guys in their mid 20s from Scotland.

Looking for: this flat is suitable for a professional in their mid/end twenties/early 30s who respects quiet hours and keep tidy. Whole building is residential so this is not suitable for parties.

Utilities: around 120 per face. Additional cost is kitchen and corridor cleaning that would be around 40£ (this will be divided by 3) and that is arranged as needed. I will leave all phone numbers.

Maida Vale station is 7min walk, Paddington 19min walk. Notting hill is 33min walk. Regent park and hamsptead are not far away.

Nearby are lots of pubs, italian, persian and sushi place.

To secure the flat you would need to pass references and pay deposit which is usual 5w requirement.
