A bright, spacious room is available in a friendly two‑bed flat in Maida Vale. I’m looking for a tidy, easy‑going professional in or mature student who wants a calm, comfortable place to come home to.

The room feels lovely to be in south‑facing windows, great natural light, and lots of storage with over-head drawers and a built in wardrobe. It’s furnished with a double bed and mattress, a desk and chair, fitted wardrobe, lamp and all new bedding required (all still in its packaging). All bills included (including Council Tax - Band C)

The flat has a warm, relaxed atmosphere, with a very bright living room and a fully fitted kitchen with all appliances and cookware. Bath/shower facilities are shared. Council tax and all bills are included. No pets or smokers. One month’s deposit and one month’s rent in advance are required, along with standard references and proof of regular income. It’s a respectful home where everyone keeps things clean and gives each other space.

The location is excellent: moments from Maida Vale Station and around 10 minutes to Westbourne Park. Buses to Notting Hill, Kensington and Chelsea stop a few minutes away. The Grand Union and Regent’s Canal are close for walks and runs, and Paddington Recreation Ground is nearby with a running track, gym and tennis courts. There are plenty of cafés, pubs, parks and supermarkets around.
