Bedroom with private bathroom & private workspace in a Mews House, Maida Vale – £1580 pcm (all bills included as well as broadband and weekly cleaner)

I'm looking for a lodger, or possibly a couple, to share my two-bedroom, two-bathroom mews house on Pindock Mews. I may be biased but I reckon its one of the nicest in London :) Warwick Avenue is an actual, not figurative, 5 min walk, but its quiet with barely any car traffic and safe area so none of my female friends ever feel worried waking home at night. Also, loads of cool people have lived here over the years including Sid and Nancy from the Sex Pistols if anyone likes punk.

The flat is comfy and has a lot of character true to its location, but I'm a joiner/builder so I've made sure everything works well (good water pressure, loads of hot water, heated towel rails, dedicated laundry area, new appliances etc) and there is loads of storage too in the rooms.

Also, the room available has a brand new bed king bed and emma mattress which is super comfy.

In terms of who I'm hoping to find - I don't really party these days and I work a lot, so I'd love someone who's similarly fairly chill. Bonus points if they like cooking, working out and making/designing stuff. Not remotely bothered about gender, sexuality race or religion so all welcome.
