Balcony Room in Maida Vale

The flat is shared between 3 occupants; preferably, we would be looking for another female. It is a 5-10 min walk away from the Maida Vale station (depending on how fast you walk).

We’re a relaxed and friendly flat share that enjoys the occasional social catch-up, but everyone has their own busy schedules, so it’s perfectly normal if we don’t see each other all the time.

Ideally, we would be looking for a female professional to take over my contract from the 24. May 2026.

Please keep in mind I am going to do the viewings in 15-20 min slots. If you’re interested, please share a bit about yourself and let me know which times work for you: Monday the 27th between 5–7pm, Tuesday the 28th April between 5–7pm, or Thursday the 30th April between 6–8pm.

Bills and council tax are not included in the rent.
