My furnished room in Maida Vale with two lovely housemates is available to rent from 5th August for £1000.60 per month, bills not included.

The room comes with two fitted wardrobes, a bed, a bedside table and a shelf, other furniture can be purchased from me if requested.

There are two bathrooms and a separate WC, as well as a large kitchen and separate living room.

You’d be living with two women who are young professionals in their 20s. They’re clean and organised with lots of hobbies and who are down for the occasional coffee or brunch!

The house is situated in between Queen’s Park, Bakerloo line, and Westbourne Park, Hammersmith and City and Circle line, tube stations with lots of local bus routes too. Paddington Recreation ground which has lovely gardens, an athletics track, tennis courts and a gym is around the corner. There is also a high street with loads of shops nearby.
