My current flatmate is moving out, so I'm looking for someone to replace him on the tenancy.

The ideal move-in date is 6 August, although I can be flexible if you need to move in slightly earlier or later.

Maida Vale is renowned for its tree-lined streets, elegant Victorian and Edwardian architecture, and peaceful atmosphere compared with many other central London neighbourhoods. The area is also home to Little Venice, known for its picturesque canals, waterside cafés, and scenic walks along Regent's Canal.

A bit about me

I have been living in Maida Vale for a while now and absolutely love the area. I work in the deals team at an international luxury hotel brand. Outside of work, I am very active and enjoy playing tennis and going to the gym. I am a member of a local tennis club, where I spend a lot of my free time. It's a great little club with a fun social side as well.
I also travel quite a lot for leisure and occasionally for work. Over the past two years, I've been away for around 9 to 10 weeks each year.

I'm clean, respectful, independent, and easy to live with. During the week, I'm usually up early and keep things fairly low-key, but I also enjoy being social, whether that's grabbing a coffee, going out for dinner or drinks, or just having a good chat.

I'm looking to share the flat with someone who enjoys a relaxed, friendly home, somewhere that's clean, comfortable, and sociable rather than a party flat. Bonus points if you're active and enjoy a balanced lifestyle. 🙂
