I’m looking for female flatmate in their 30s/40s to share my beautiful and bright raised ground floor 2-bed flat in Elgin Avenue, Maida Vale.
The room is a double room with direct access to a patio and its own bathroom. The open-plan living room and kitchen space would be shared with me.
I’m a 33 year old life sciences consultant, and split my time 50-50 working from home / the office. I enjoy spending time in nature, exploring, travelling, socialising with friends, visiting my family in Brighton and in Germany!
I’m looking for a friendly, considerate flatmate who’s interested in a longer-term home rather than just a place to stay. Ideally, someone who enjoys sharing a space, cooking together, having a chat, and occasionally enjoying a glass of wine together. I’d love the flat to feel like a warm, relaxed and sociable home!
