This lovely double room has just become available in our flat in Maida Vale as we sadly farewell to Matt who's moving in with his girlfriend.

The Room:
The room is part-furnished, we have a bed to offer and a desk in the living room if needed.

The Flat:
Shared living room overlooking Paddington Rec
Dining room used for WFH and extra storage
Balcony overlooking a shared garden
Separate toilet and bathroom
The flat was newly painted and carpeted prior to us moving in a year ago

Bills:
Bills are an additional £175 per month, covering all utilities, a cleaner twice per month and any communal house needs.

Flatmates:
Keeley - 34, Aussie physio, loves running, chilling with some bad TV on and is always up for a drink at the Carlton Tav pub
Natalia - 26, British, loves the gym and also chilling in front of the TV with a glass of wine

We're both pretty friendly, love a chat when at home but also lead our own busy lives, so it's a great balance of social and respectful. We're both mostly office based, but work the odd day from home.

Minimum stay: 12 months ideally (with some flexibility to replace yourself early)

References required including proof of income (must be 2.5 x rent) and address
