We’re looking for one person to join our 3 bed flat in Maida Vale. There are two rooms available to choose from as one of us is happy to move into whichever room isn’t taken.

The flat & area

Great location in W9, around a 5 minute walk from Maida Vale and Warwick Avenue stations (Bakerloo line). 15 min walk to Paddington Station (Tried and tested).

Paddington Recreation Ground is a couple of minutes away with a gym, tennis courts and loads of green space and you’re also walking distance from Notting Hill, Little Venice and Hyde Park.

The flat has three bedrooms, a shared living space, kitchen and one bathroom.

Who you’d be living with

Two Irish guys, 26 and 27, both working professionals. One in office 5 days. Another in office 4 days.

We’re pretty active and usually doing some combination of gym, running, travelling and seeing friends on weekends. The flat is sociable without being a party house. We’ll have mates over occasionally, cook together, watch sport/TV or have a few drinks but we also have our own lives and separate friend groups.

Ideally looking for another guy around 24–32 who’s working professionally and looking for somewhere to actually call home rather than just a room.

You’ll be joining the tenancy and paying a deposit, so no short lets.
