The location is right near Paddington Recreation park, which has a running track, football pitches, cricket ground, and tennis. Around a 10 minute walk from Maida Value Underground which is on the Northern Line.

Bills are not included and approximately £170 per month including council tax.

You will be sharing with my lovely Flatmate Liv. We love going to the pub together, having chill movie nights, and the occasional dinner. I have lived here for 2 years with Liv and absolutely love it. Only moving out to live with my partner.
