Our flatmates are sadly moving out so we have two rooms vacant in our lovely mews house. Available now and from the 10th of September.

We are a creative house hold enjoying listening to jazz records and enjoy good food together with heritage from both Sweden and England - working as an artist, in theatre and in the film industry. If you are interested to see the house and meet us do get in touch.

Room 1
It is a bright room with a double bed, large wardrobe, drawers, and room for a small desk.

Room 2
It is a bright medium sized room without furniture if preferred.

Rent includes all bills| : gas & electric, water, council tax, sky tv, fast fibre optic broadband. etc.

The house is huge - it is spread over three floors. One bedroom on ground floor and our utility room with a washing machine, and tumble dryer and lots of space for drying clothes. And storage under the staircase.

First floor is the main living area - it's a nice big open plan space with wooden flooring and three double door balcony windows, kitchen with breakfast bar area, huge dining table for 10 people or for a few desktops, and sofa/chill out area with a triple sofa and double sofa - with a TV with sky Q. There is also a big bathroom on the first floor with a shower, toilet, etc. And a bathtub on the top floor with three bedrooms.

The house is on a lovely cobbled mews with garden area out front with a table and chairs and lots of lovely plants where we spend many summer eve's hanging out. We also have access to the roof top- big plus!

It is a friendly and creative neighbourhood with friendly neighbours always up for a chat on the cobbles, 7 min to portobello market, 15-20min walk to Hyde Park, 7mins walk to Warwick Ave on bakerloo line, and 5 mins walk to Westbourne Park on hammersmith & city and circle line, short walk along the canal to little Venice and Paddington station as well. Great bus links into town too, and very convenient to cycle or walk anywhere.

Room 2 is available now and Room 1 has flexible move in date, furniture in the room is optional and we are flexible in general. Any questions just ask.
