We're a flat of 2 friendly girls looking for another girl to join us, as our much loved 3rd flatmate is moving to Madrid. We'll be holding viewings from Sunday 29th September with a move-in date of 28th October.

FLAT:
- Located less than 5 mins walk from Maida Vale tube
- Close to: a gym, park , tennis club, athletics track and cricket field
- Tesco and corner shops all less than 5 mins walk yet the flat is on quiet residential street, with a shared garden
- 3 x double bedrooms, 1 x eat-in kitchen (with microwave, washing machine etc), 2 x bathrooms, 1 x large living room
- The room available has a double bed, double wardrobe and a set of drawers, located at the back of the flat, overlooking the gardens

RENT:
- £800 per month
- Additional bills are on average £150/month (water, gas, electricity, internet, council, TV) - but are higher in winter..

US:
- 2 professional, females whose interests include eating out / yoga / theatre / salsa / watching films / sports / trying new bars / travelling
- There's shared responsibility for the bills so you must be willing to take charge of one of them
- Party-free household; we’re social 🦋 at times and often in and out of the flat alongside the odd evening out together; but overall not ones for late night disturbances
- Finally, we like to keep our lovely flat lovely, so are looking for someone who is clean and tidy
- Preferably not someone fully/majority remote (we are both hybrid, with most days in the office)
