Spacious Double with Ensuite Near Station

We have a large double room with a private ensuite available in a friendly flat share in Maida Vale. There is a small balcony attached to the room for potted plants. The shared kitchen has a dishwasher, gas stove and microwave and the shared lounge gets great sun in the summer.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed (with a recently purchased mattress) bedside tables, large wardrobe, drawers, bookshelf and desk/chair.

The flat is perfectly located in beautiful Maida Vale, across the road from food stores and a 5-7 minute walk from the station on the bakerloo line. It’s only 10-15 minutes to Oxford Circus and a short walk to Little Venice and Regents Park.

The current flat mates are two easygoing couples, one Spanish and one French/Austrian.

The rent includes internet and council tax. The bills will cover water, gas and electricity and are paid quarterly (per couple the bills come to approx £75-150 every three months).
