1 x huge double mezzanine room in friendly Manor House warehouse available from 20th August. (Move in a date can be a bit flexible).

Viewings are evening of Wednesday 12th August evening, in person only.

The room is a huge double height ceiling mezzanine room. Most people sleep up on the mezzanine and have the downstairs as a lounge/workspace.

The warehouse has a big open-plan living room, fully equipped kitchen and 3 bathrooms.

You’ll be sharing the warehouse with 11 others of various genders, ethnicities, nationalities, sexualities and musical persuasions...and 1 cat.

We're not a super loud sound system style party warehouse but we do hang out a lot together in the main space and use it for TV watching along with creative endeavours, and some of us do smoke.

We're looking for someone who wants to stay long term who will move in and make the place their home.

Sorry, No couples or room shares or someone who's looking for a space to play with their band :) With their already being a cat in the house, if you have a pet and want to bring it with you, you'd need to let us know this in advance of any viewing so we can discuss practicalities.

Well connected bus stops, Piccadilly Line and Victoria Line tubes and overground are a short walk as is a big 24 hour Sainsburys and lots of smaller independent grocery stores. It's also a short walk to Finsbury Park and Green Lanes.

Rent = £825pcm
Water, council tax, fortnightly cleaner of communal spaces and internet included in rent.
There's a kitty between housemates for gas and cleaning products = £20pcm
Electric billed monthly in arrears, depending on time of year fluctuates between £20-£100pcm (lower in summer, high in cold winters). Averages at approx £55pcm over the year.

Please note...
- New River Studios is 1 floors down, open till 11pm in the week and later on weekends. It's not very loud but you need to be ok with din of the bar otherwise you won't be happy.
