Hi.

1 nice warm and light double room with window and skylights available from 1st November.

Viewings are evening of Tuesday 7th October, in person only.

The available room currently has a lot of stuff in it so actual room is not pictured.

The warehouse has a big open-plan living room, fully equipped kitchen and 3 bathrooms.

You’ll be sharing the warehouse with 11 others of various genders, ethnicities, nationalities, sexualities and musical persuasions...and 1 cat.

We're not a loud party warehouse. But we do on well and hang out together at home and outside the house, but also do our own things. We use the communal space for creative endeavours as well as quiet hang outs.

We're looking for someone who wants to stay long term who will move in and make the place their home and keep the communal spaces clean and tidy with us.

Sorry, No couples/room shares or pets or someone who's looking for a space to play with their band.

Well connected bus stops, Piccadilly Line and Victoria Line tubes and overground are a short walk as is a big 24 hour Sainsburys and lots of smaller independent grocery stores. It's also a short walk to Finsbury Park and Green Lanes.

Rent = £675pcm
Water, council tax, fortnightly cleaner of communal spaces and internet included in rent.
There's a kitty between housemates for gas and cleaning products = approx £10pcm
Electric billed monthly in arrears, depending on time of year fluctuates between £20-£100pcm. Averages at approx £55pcm over the year.

No deposit. Instead you pay your final months rent in advance - £675

Please note...
- The room has loft style sloping ceiling. So if you're super tall, it's not going to work for you.
- New River Studios is 2 floors down, open till11pm in the week and later on weekends. It's not very loud but you need to be ok with din of the bar otherwise you won't be happy.
- Rooms here at Flat B are normally unfurnished but there's likely some furniture if you need.
