Short term double room In Warehouse Flatshare

We are looking for a couple or individual to sublet our flatmates' beautifully furnished double room in a friendly, good vibes warehouse while they are travelling. Rent is £800 pcm and £50 for bills pp. The room is available from 30th March until 15th of June, with 2 weeks flexibility either side of the end date.

The room is large with a high ceiling and queen size mezzanine bed, and it’s fully furnished (with some beautiful old furniture, a standing/sitting desk, record player, decor, …). The flat is part of a refurbished warehouse complex, light and spacious, has a huge open plan living room/ kitchen area, four double rooms, two bathrooms, is kitted out with all mod cons (broadband, washing machine, tumble dryer, fully equipped kitchen, a piano, TV, more storage space, etc.) - it’s quite a high standard for a warehouse ;).There is also free off-street parking and a locked bike shed.

The flat has a social and friendly atmosphere but everyone needs quiet time so we also want someone who respects other peoples’ privacy and space also. We have 4 lovely housemates: all professionals and all work normal office hours. Because of this week nights tend to be chilled – but life does happen, so not always. Our flatmates have lots of interesting hobbies varying from cheering, pottery and rugby to rock climbing.

We’re located in the quirky Harringay warehouse district 10 min walk from Manor House (Piccadilly line) and Seven Sisters (Overground, Victoria line) stations. The warehouse area is really friendly and sociable and always has something going on - we have a shared decking with the other flats and know all the neighbours very well: dinners, nights out and general horseplay are commonplace. There are lots of things to do here: go to Green Lanes for cafes, shops and amazing Turkish restaurants. Finsbury Park/Parkland Walk/Woodberry Wetlands are also all within 10 minutes walk (faster if you go for a run). You'll often find us together in the Finsbury pub at Manor House..! Bonus if you’re a climber: we’re a 6 min bike ride from the Castle Climbing Centre and have a hang board installed over our door frame :D.
