Large double bedroom with lake view

A bright, spacious and clean private room which includes a large double bed, desk and fitted wardrobes. The room has a south facing juliet balcony that opens onto the shared garden, the lake, and the city skyline in the distance. The view from the apartment is unbelievable. You will also have shared access to the rest of the apartment including a clean and tidy bathroom, a well equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a calm and relaxing living room and a serene balcony overlooking the garden, lake and skyline. Bills are included in the price and a cleaner comes every 2 weeks.

I'm friendly, clean and quiet and would prefer to live with someone who is the same. This isn't a party house and I value the apartment being a nice, quiet and tidy space for us both to relax in. I am often up for a glass of wine and dinner together.

I share a small dog with some friends and the dog usually stays with me a few days each week. He's adorable.

Unfortunately the apartment is not suitable for someone who works from home. I had a negative experience with a flat mate who was home all of the time and it felt a bit claustrophobic so I'm ideally looking for a flat mate who has a bit of an active social life as well as enjoying chilling at home.

* Transport - The apartment is well connected with the nearest tube/underground station (Manor House, Zone 2) only 400 meters away giving easy access to the Piccadilly and Victoria lines which will take you straight into central London in under 15 minutes. In addition there are a number of bus routes and for the local area, everything is in walking distance.

* Nature - facing two reservoirs and a wetlands centre, despite being so close to the city, the apartment is serenely quiet with zero traffic noise, beautiful local parks and plenty of green spaces right outside for peace and quiet contemplation. Clissold Park is a short beautiful walk away along the side of the reservoir.

* Active - if you like to stay healthy and physically active, in addition to beautiful walking and running trails, local parks and a clean, modern and well equipped budget gym nearby, we have a water sport centre and indoor/outdoor climbing centre only a few hundred meters away!
