Housemate needed

We need a single professional person to join our household as our current housemate is moving out. We are a very friendly house, and want to feel this house can be a home more than just shared accommodation.
The two current housemates are both actors and writers. I am a member of two rehearsed reading acting and writing groups, and am currently working on my third book. Though I also do the 9 to 5 working week in a mix of home and office days.
Chris the other housemate works on films as an actor and supporting artist.
We have a lovely tuxedo cat, called Barbie, a 5 year old rescue who is proving herself quite the mouser. She loves sitting on a lap for hours but won't be picked up and is very much like all cats in that she believes we are her staff.
Also as a household we are very Covid conscious due to a partner who is immunocompromised, and we would need a housemate who understood that.
We want to find someone who is looking for a friendly atmosphere and a long term rent.
We have a double room partly furnished with a bed and wardrobe, plus storage shelving.
There is a good amount of shared space including a dining room, large kitchen and garden.
We are close to Finsbury Park, The Castle Climbing Centre, and Haringey Green Lanes shopping.
There are plenty of bus routes available within a short walk and we are reasonably close to Manor House (zone 2) and Seven Sisters (zone 3) tube stations.
Please note we cannot accommodate couples.
All bills are included in the monthly rent quoted.
I realise that lots of people have decided that ensuite is the way to go but we don't have that.
I promise the shared bathroom and downstairs toilet are cleaned on a regular basis.
If you want somewhere nice to come home after a day's work, this could well be the home for you.
