Lovely bedroom in warm house

Hi there,

Our beloved flatmate is moving out from London and we are looking for a third member to join us from the 4th of December!

We absolutely love this house - really detailed, in good condition, warm and with lots of space: three bedrooms, living room, the biggest kitchen ever, good grass garden with some veggie growing too and a little shed. We also have an extra studio space / box room we might be renting in the future.

The spare room is the one that appears in the pictures - a large room with lots of light and big windows, central heating and wooden floor. Your potential room will be unfurnished but our current roommate might be selling her bed + mattress, let’s discuss that when you come visit us. Otherwise people in our community are selling or giving away stuff the whole time!

The rent is £730 (bills not included) plus £834 deposit upfront.

As we mentioned before, you will share the space with me and Jack we both in the creative world. We are no a party house but we do love socialising, organise dinners, music, going out, watch films (we have a screen/projector ;), and barbecues.

Conveniently located near Manor House tube, Harringay Green Lanes Overground, Seven Sisters station and south Tottenham as well as Finsbury park and the iconic Green Lanes Street full of shops, bars and restaurants.

Oakdale road is a popular road, nice and quiet with residential parking permits. The artists warehouse community is close by, where you can enjoy art events, gigs and social life.
