Double Room In Manor House

Hello our new potential flatmate,
We now have a spare room in our quiet house in a secured gated community.

I am sorry gents - we are looking for a lady to occupy the room :)

Room has double bed, big wardrode, bedside table, chest of drawers and a little table.

House is a three bed, with kitchen and bathroom shared, located on a first floor.
We have massive sainsbury's less than 5 mins walk from house, tk maxx, gyms and all the shops you need .
Harringey Green lanes station is 4 mins walk and Manor House is 7 mins.
Lovely location as just opposite the Finsbury park.

About me and Robyn

We both working professionals . We work from home on a rare basis .
We like to treat house with respect and tend to keep mostly to ourselves while staying friendly and respectful to each other . London life 😅
We work 8-5/ 9-5 .
I am sorry this is not a party house, more a home where you can come and relax after a long day at work and get the peace and quiet London doesn’t have much of :(
Bills come to around 150£-200£ per month / per person. In winter might be more due to heating .

Private landloard . Minimum stay 6 months .
