Double room with en-suite + Pool & Gym access

Hi, after 3 amazing years at this flat I’m finally buying a place of my own and sadly need to find someone to fill my room.

The flats were all built in the last few years so are clean, bright and modern with great extras like under floor heating. You also have access to a residents only pool, spa and gym, a co working space and a 24 hour concierge to take in your deliveries of leave your keys - all included in the rent. We are a 10 minute walk from Manor house station and Stoke Newington Church street is a short walk away. You also have the east reservoir nature reserve with its water side café, which the flat looks out over and the west reservoir with sailing and open water swimming.

The flat definitely feels like home and Kaylee and Ciera are looking for someone who feels the same to join them - bonus points if you enjoy trashy nextflix show too! We all enjoy spending time together and cooking the occasional meal and watching tv, but also enjoy our lives outside the flat too. It’s definitely a chilled out flat, but friendly and social. Kiera is 29 and works in marketing, and Kaylee is 32 and a lawyer.

It’s a one year tenancy until 31/3/25 but I have renewed each year for the three years I’ve been here. It’s through an agency you will need to be prepared to send the agency referencing info (employment and past landlord) rent. Bills are not included but we currently all pay £130 a month which covers everything.
