Double Room in Manor House

This is what a present tenant wrote:
We have a single room available in our flat that comes fully furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The flat has a bright living room, with a big dining room table, two sofas, a coffee table, a TV, a bookcase and our very own fireplace (yes, fireplace!). The living room also opens into a little balcony that is lovely in the summer and has great views of the West Water Reservoir. We also share a fully equipped kitchen, and a separate toilet and bathroom.

Bills are not included and usually come up to about £150 per month each.

The flat is only a 7 minute walk from Manor House station (Zone 3), a 10 minute walk from Finsbury Park station (Zone 2), a 15 minute walk from Harringay Green Lanes overground station and has very good access to the bus network. We are very lucky to be surrounded by a lot of green spaces (Finsbury Park, Clissold Park, Abney Park, the West Water Reservoir nature reserve) and also be close to the city centre, which is ideal in a busy city like London.

There are also plenty of shops around, with a big Sainsburys and shopping centre available close by.

You will be sharing the flat with two of us. We're both young professionals, looking for a friendly and considerate person to move in. Amalia works for a university in student support and Clare works for the NHS. We each have our own schedules and respect each other's space. There is quite a homey feeling to our flat so if that's what you're looking for, then we'd be happy to have you live with us.
The room is cosy with a double bed and window overlooking the reservoir.
