Room Close to Manor House Station | 6-Month Let

Hello, potential new flatmate! 😊

I’ll be moving abroad for work-related training, so I’m renting out my room for 6 months from the 27th of February, with the possibility of extension or an indefinite stay if my circumstances change and I remain abroad. For now, the agreement would be for an initial 6-month period, until the 1st of September.

I’ve been living in this flat for almost 5 years, and I truly love both the calm atmosphere of the flat and the peaceful yet vibrant area, which makes this a really lovely place to live.

We are looking for a female tenant only.

The room is fully furnished and includes a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a small desk with chair. The flat is a three-bedroom apartment with a shared kitchen and bathroom (no common areas) and is located on the first floor.

We are very conveniently located, with plenty of shops less than 5 minutes’ walk away, including Aldi, Sainsbury’s, TK Maxx, Poundland, Sports Direct, Superdrug, (B&Q opening soon too!) as well as restaurants and gyms. Finsbury Park is just 2 minutes away, perfect for walks or workouts. It's a gated community, so we also have private parking.

Transport connections are excellent:

* Manor House Station – 5 minutes’ walk
* Harringay Green Lanes Station – 3 minutes’ walk
* Bus stops to Central London and Islington – 2 minutes away

You would be sharing with Ana (from Lithuania) and Elesha (from Australia). We are friendly, kind, and get along very well, while also being independent and respectful of each other’s space. We are looking for a female flatmate who is friendly, clean, respectful, and independent, and who would enjoy calling our peaceful flat home 🤍 While this is not a party house at all, occasional visits from friends or family are absolutely fine as long as they are respectful.

The rent is £550 per month, and bills are approximately £150–£180, depending on the season. All expenses are split monthly evenly between the 3 of us.

The security deposit is one month’s rent. We rent from a private landlord, so there are no additional fees.
