3 Month Sublet in Arena Design Centre

Hello you lovely people!

I am going to be subletting my room from 14th May until mid august to go to furniture school in Lyme Regis. (can be flexible on the dates if you need it from the start of may or similar)

I have been living in Unit J for over 2 years with 15 other wonderful, humans and our cat - Ella. Its a wonderful space and its been great to be part of a community of kind and creative people.

Its the perfect environment to meet new people, and make new friends. Our unit is part of a wider complex of warehouses that all open out onto a car park area which is really lively in summer as everyone is sat outside BBQing etc.

The room itself is a 4m x 4m x 4m cube. It has a mezzanine above where the bed and clothes storage is, and downstairs is space for work and making music - but dont worry - the synths wont be staying. so youll have plenty of room downstairs to make it your own.

We have lots of communal spaces for both working and chilling. The kitchen and living room have massive floor to ceiling windows, you get great light which makes up for the lack of a window in the room!

I cant stress enough how lovely the house is and all the people who live here. Although the lack of window in your room may put some people off - the lights in the room come on with sunrise, and its going to be summer during your time here so being outside with your new 16 firends is going to be magical.
