Lovely double, short term sublet (1st - 30th Aug)

I am leaving for the summer holiday so I will sublet my double room from the 1st to the 30th of August.

The house is big with a fully furnished kitchen and washing machine, a shared living room, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet and a lovely garden.

My housemates are really friendly, all professional, respectful of other people spaces and routines.

I have been living here for years and I don't want to move out any sooner, I can guarantee this is one of the best options you could possibly find in terms of price and amenities.

It is located in a quiet residential area only a few minutes away from Finsbury park and Manor House station (10-15 minutes walk or less than 5 minutes by bus). N° 29/141/341 bus stop is literally around the corner.
Each of these buses will take you to different parts of Central London in less than 1 hour, while the underground can reach all main attractions in not more than 30 minutes.

There is a night bus service operating as well.

ATM and main shops are minutes away (big Sainsbury's, LIDL, ALDI, Tesco).

The neighborhood is friendly and streets are safe and well illuminated. Plenty of Off Licences on the main street and restaurants.

Bills + council tax, WIFI and TV licence are included and the landlord also provides cleaning products.
