Uber Vibey Sublet In North London Warehouse

looking for a mindful and social person to sublet my warehouse room for at least a month.. the room is available starting feb8 but i can consider requests for flexibility.

the ideal person for this sublet is someone curious to see if this style of community living if right for them!

you:
- are looking for a social and community vibe
- are looking to make new friends and connections during the sublet
- are open-minded and flexible to live with twenty (!) other people
- will be respectful and responsible for the belongings in the room and in the communal area
- are both able and willing to contribute to the cleanliness, health, and vibrancy of the home (all housemates have a chore)
- can co-habitate with smokers, veg/vegans, queers, loud ppl, quiet ppl, and creatives
- will be a friend of the house when the sublet ends!

you are not:
- experiencing issues with substance abuse
- bringing lots of belongings; there isn't a ton of storage

- weekly cleaner
- wifi
- smiles

good to know:
- four toilets, three showers, two washing machines
- our house is home to two cats
- closest tube is Manor House (zone 2). easy connects to victoria line and gospel oak - barking overground
- we are a indoor smoking house, but the room is smoke-free
