Amazing room flat with view

I am often travelling for long periods and have a spare bedroom (with double bed and office space) to sublet at a great 2 bedrooms and living room 5th floor 860 sq feet flat with a huge balcony space (500 sq feet with plants!) and great view over the London skyline and an estuary/natural reserve.

There are 2 large and modern bathrooms in the property so you get your own.

So you pay for 1 room but you will be mostly on your own in the flat except 1 or 2 days per week.

Lovely if you like doing sports as there is a gym and spa/swimming pool included in the price.

The flat has everything you need (washing machine etc). Internet is included in the price, as well as water. To pay is heating and electricity.

The tenant should be easy to communicate and respectful, sociable/friendly, pay rent and bills in time and keep the property clean and tidy. No couples. A single occupant for the room. This is important.

Before acceptance we need to get the landlord's approval of the specific tenant. I would prefer a young professional, postdoc, graduate student.

I believe that the price is a bargain for the quality of the property in view of the fact that you will be mostly on your own in the flat.
