Lovely, comfortable double room available in Garden flat, sharing with one Trinidad and Tobago origin and one black cat- a cat lover absolutely essential.
Shared facilities. Relaxed, chilled atmosphere. Washing machine and dryer. Wifi. Several cable channels.
Open plan living room and kitchen.

Must be a non-smoker. Hopefully not necessary to say but all gender/sexual orientations are welcome.

Very important that you are a cat lover. I live with one male cat, Liza Minnelli, who is bit shy until he knows you. I'm looking for someone to be part of the family. I often have to be away for work and I need to know that Minnelli will be well loved and looked after.

I am a laid back flatmate. You have full run of the flat and garden.
The bedroom is comfortable and quiet with a comfy king size bed and desk space. We shall also have a cleaner one a weekt which is included in the rent along with all other bills.
Of course you'll have your privacy but it's be nice to have someone who is part of the home as well.

We've got Finsbury Park right nearby if you like going for walks. Or Clissold Park a little further down the road.
Extremely handy for the Piccadilly Line, Victoria Line and buses (29, 141, 341 practically to the corner), as well as the overground (Haringey Green Lanes) all less than a 10 minute walk.
This is a quiet road with lots of residential parking space.

There's a huge Sainsbury's just round the corner.
Some of London's best Turkish restaurants are on Green Lanes. Nearby Stroud Green Road has a further selection of restaurants, as does Stoke Newington Church Street.
