Looking for a woman for the spare bedroom in our calm, tidy and welcoming house by Finsbury Park. We are a lawyer (32f), a software engineer (30m) and a small (very) friendly dog. The house has a big garden, underfloor heating, and separate eat-in kitchen, dining room, and living room. The bedroom for rent shares a bathroom with one other person. It has a king-size bed, large window, fitted wardrobe, and space for a desk.
We are generally busy and independent but love the occasional shared dinner or reality TV binge.
