Musically inspired live work warehouse conversion

Works in progress - multi use live work studio facility

Hello my name is Denis and I sing in a band called Imperial Leisure and when I am not onstage you will find me preparing studios and storage spaces for bands and producers.

Currently we have a large warehouse space, it's fitted out for bands and producers to use as music studios and storage space, our size is something like 10,000sq ft. in total.

We are unable to expand our project as it is, which is a shame because we have a great big loft space that is currently lying empty. For a while we have been wondering what to do with the loft space, there have been a few ideas but we have finally settled on a live/work format.

We are offering budget live work studio spaces exclusively to artists and musicians.

The concept/aim is to assist up and coming creatives by providing affordable space to live and work. Our hope is that by offering a space where you can combine live and work you make an overall financial saving that will allow you more time for your work.

Applicants must be able to prove they have active creative projects on the go.

Unfortunately due to restrictions the studios are only available for private use so no hiring out to third party clients and sorry no collectives permitted either.  

We love animals but unfortunately again due to restrictions we can't allow pets. Smoking is also not permitted. 

But you may feel free to use the following shared facilities:
Kitchen
Showers
WCs
Wifi
Chill area outside
Covered smoking area outside
Loading Bay (no parking)

This is a works in progress, so facilities will broaden and improve as we move forward.

No long term contracts, the studios are hired our on casual rolling monthly terms, so at any time, should you like to move on, you just give a months notice and we are all good.

Studios Rates are all inclusive sizes and prices as follows:
3.5m x 3.5m 600pm
3.5m x 4.5m 700pm
4.5m x 4.5m 800pm
Discounts available for advance payments:
pay 3 months in advance get 10% off
pay 6 months in advance get 15% off
pay 12 months in advance get 25% off
