Hi, I'm James - a live-out landlord and I have a double room with own bathroom to rent in my flat in Manor House, available 27th March.

The two bedroom second floor flat is in a purpose built apartment block and is 7 mins walk from Manor House tube (Zone 2) which is a brilliant area with the beautiful Clissold Park and charming restaurants of Stoke Newington. The flat is opposite The Castle which is the UK's largest indoor climbing centre.

The current tenant of the room is moving out and Branko who has the other bedroom is looking for a new flatmate. Branko is a friendly guy works as a film editor in the office 3 days and at home 2 days a week. He enjoys film, theatre and traveling. He's looking for someone friendly and respectful.

The room for rent is a spacious double bedroom and has a wall of mirror-door in-built wardrobes. Directly opposite the room you have access to your own bathroom with bath. Branko has his own en-suite.

There is a large south-facing living room which gets plenty of light and has a direct view of The Castle. There is a TV and speakers in the living room. The separate kitchen has all the appliances you would expect including a washer/dryer; the hob is gas. There is also a beautiful communal garden, private gated car parking and communal bike storage.

The rent is £1400 per month and the bills are £140 per month. The bills include council tax, fibre optic broadband, gas, electricity and water and all the admin is taken care of so you don’t have to do anything.
