Hello Everyone
We have a sublet coming up for the 9th of October to beginning of December (2 months), in our 12 bedroom warehome in Manor House.10min walk from multiple stations. N41.
We are a varied creative bunch, We love doing things together like film nights, games nights and house dinners. We have a growing collection of plants, a amazing garden with space to grow your own veg's and we enjoy a party although we’re most often having a night in.
Halloween and Thanksgiving is big for us so expect some fun gatherings.
We are looking for a respectful and tidy person ideally 25 and over (exceptions for good fit) to fill a cosy mezzanine room and homey warehouse.
The rent is £700pm +£12 kitty - all bills included.
We currently have 2 guinea pigs, 3 Silkie chickens and an old terrier on our tiny farm.
No couples.
