Hi there, we have available from the 1st of October(for long term) a very large and bright room/live work in our converted warehouse in Manor House/Seven Sisters.
Perfect for a professional couple or a single needing lots of space. Perfect for artists, fashion designers, photographers...
The space is 365 ft² in total. With a total floor space of 242 ft² + a 125 ft² mezzanine. Very high ceilings. Two skylight panels and 2 v-luxes let a lot of natural light in.
There's enough space to easily and comfortably accommodate a desk area, a chilling area and a workspace.
Our warehouse is within a big gated community containing several warehouses where more than 300 people live and work. It has a nice community feel.
The room comes unfurnished.
There are 7 rooms/studios in our house, we're a total of 11 people atm, we all share a huge kitchen, 2 toilets and 2 showers.
We are currently 2 couple and 7 singles, working professionals in: photography, art, fashion design, electronics, architecture, music...
We also have a small dark room for film processing.
We don't mind your age but we do look for professional responsible peeps.
This is not a party house. We like to share a glass of wine, watch films together and a good dinner with our housemates, but we don't want noisy/party folks.
The house's got a relaxed, professional and respectful atmosphere. We like to be social, we all clean after ourselves and respect communal and each other's spaces. We are looking for people that will feel integrated in the house and will make the best out of the space available.
Good transport to the city centre and East London with several bus lines: 67, 29, 149, 141, 341, 253, 254 just a few minutes distance. Victoria Line and Piccadilly Line both 10-15 min walk away. There's a mega Sainsbury's 10 min away and loads of shops along Green Lanes and Seven Sisters.
The £1250/month rent includes all bills, council tax and services (including a cleaner weekly). We put a fiver on a house kitty for consumables each month and a lil extra for fuel for the burner in the winter.
We are the leaseholders and have direct contact with the owner, no agencies involved.
