Hi, I have four rooms to let in a freshly converted warehouse apartment in the Arena Design Center, really near Manor House.

The house features massive communal area and kitchen, big balcony and parking, in a big creative community area great for musicians and artists in general.

I need to redo and build the communal areas so the apartment will go through some works but if you bear with the works (which will not touch your room that's done already and it's far because house is big) you'll get super-discounted price for two months!

One month deposit, no fees.

The price is this low because you will cope with the necessary inconvenience caused by the rebuilding in the communal areas of the house, that are very big anyways.

After that, all rooms will go up from 1200 to 1500pcm so this is a short-term deal just available for you wanting to move in right away. We will then anyway know each other so every deal will be evaluated separately also depending on the amount of personal lifestyle compatibility we'll understand we have.
