I am buying a flat 10 minutes down the road and need someone to take over my room. Contract starting 31st of May. I’m very flexible on when viewings can be.

-Very flexible contract, no set break clause length, you just need to find a replacement.
Requirements:
- (Pre-tax) annual income MUST be above £40950
-Ability to provide a valid passport, job reference letter, 3 months of payslips and bank statements.
- **IMPORTANT** Willing to take over my EXACT contract (which ends the 30th of July). At which point you will be offered a chance to renew on new terms.
