The flat itself sits on the 6th floor of a modern new-build, with sweeping views over the city and park. Sunsets here are genuinely something special, the kind that stop you mid-scroll.
You'll share a fully equipped kitchen, a welcoming living room, and a balcony that might just become your favourite spot in London. The bathroom, washing machine, and all the daily essentials are covered.
Bills included: Council tax, water, and premium air filtration (great for allergy sufferers).
Bills not included: Energy, broadband, electricity.

You won't be alone, there's a resident Siberian cat who is intelligent, well-behaved, and impeccably fluffy. Siberians are known for being hypoallergenic, though everyone's different, so best to give your nose a trial run. 😊
