We have a brand new place in Zone 2, just a 5-minute walk from Manor House station (10 minutes by tube to King's Cross). It's serviced by multiple bus and underground routes, as well as a 5-minute walk from the overground. There is a Sainsbury's and a post office right around the corner. You'll love the beautiful parks maintained by Berkeley, and we've got two nearby water reservoirs—one for water sports and kayak rentals, and the other a protected wildlife reserve. The Castle Climbing Centre is also just a 10-minute walk away.
**About the Flat:**
- Everything here is in mint condition and finished to a high standard.
- Underfloor heating with individual room controls.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with Siemens appliances, and we have a Bosch washing machine with a dryer.
- Spacious living room with a balcony.
- Located on the 3rd floor with lift access.
- Smoking is allowed only on the balcony.
- Bicycle storage is available.
