2 double rooms avail North London house w/ garden

3 hotties looking for their 4th and 5th.

We’re an existing house share with two roomies moving out at end of lease after living in the house for three years to move into smaller shares! Staying roomies been living here between 1-2 years.

Two rooms available - Room 1 on 12/08 Room 2 1/09. You will need to sign onto a 12 month lease and deposit will be £585. Will be hosting viewings afternoon into evening on 28th July and evening on 31st July.

The house:
Two storey terrace houses located just off Green Lanes N4 1HY. 5 bed house all double rooms with a shared bathroom upstairs and extra toilet downstairs. We have historically had such different schedules that there is never any trouble with the shower. Huge kitchen/ dining are with two fridges and garden (big plus in the summer) and cosy lounge for film nights! Both rooms same size.

The room:
Room 1 - Double bed £645 + approx £130 bills. On the bottom floor between the kitchen and the lounge, only bedroom downstairs. Has almost exclusive use of the downstairs toilet and even has its own door leading to the garden. As its between the kitchen and lounge wouldn’t recommend for a super light sleeper or someone who is very strict about noise. Comes with bed frame / mattress / wardrobe and small set of drawers. Room 2 - Double bed £645 + approx £130 bills. Upstairs and then up a further 3 steps tucked away next to the main front room. It gets the afternoon sun peaking right through the window and overlooks the garden/ally bit. Shares a wall with front bedroom and generally walls in this house are thin. Comes with bed frame / mattress / drawers. (Room with plants)

We are looking at getting a cleaner starting in September hence the higher bill price / also not a house that shivers so heating will be on in colder months.

The housemates
Dylan – 26, British, gay (he/him) works in marketing and WFH 3 / 4 days a week
Hope – 32, Australian straight (she/her) works in policy and WFH 3 days a week
Soph, 27, Aus/Brit straight (she/her) works in fashion PR and also WFH 3 days a week

Looking for someone around similar ages so lets say between 25- 33.

We all met as housemates and have become genuine friends and would love for the new housemate to join us for pub trips, quizzes and film nights in the lounge! This is very much a home not just a house share but we all have our own things going on/ friend groups too and respect each other’s privacy/ boundaries. As you can see, we all WFH and have no issues if you do too. All rooms (except Sophies) have space for a desk if you’d like to bring one in.

The house is furnished and quite limited on space but if there’s anything you’d desperately like to bring we’re happy to chat about a one in one out situation on furniture, although this means it would probably then stay with the house or be replaced when you leave.

Accessibility: Not very I'm afraid! There’s a step to get in the house and a further step to get through the patio door as well as the second room being further up the flight of stairs!

No pets sorry! But our neighbours cat, Tomi has taken a liking to us and will often be lounging in our back garden or popping inside for some pats.
