Double room + office space in Manor House

Hi!

We Vivian, a full-time secondary school teacher and dancer, and Karima, a full-time professional and dancer, are looking for a couple or a professional who works from home a few times a week to move into our home in Manor House.

The price includes a big double room (which can be furnished or partly furnished) and an office space which could also be used as a second small room (see pictures for reference). Bills excluded.

We are creative and professional people who work outside and like to have quiet calm nights during the week (Monday-Friday). We both love dancehall and afro beats and are always keen for a trip to the Pub, the theatre or a good meal on weekends. We would like someone friendly and sociable who also enjoys their independent time, to join our home. Additionally, cleanliness and consideration are important for us.

Including a cleaner twice a month, bills add up to around £400 a month (which would be divided equally between all tenants). Our house has a big back garden, a lovely decorated kitchen and a living room which can hold a TV. We are happy to host barbecues/dinners/lunches as a household.

Finally, location is quite great, its 10-15 min away from Piccadilly Line, Victoria Line and Overground. Moreover, there are a big Sainsbury's, Aldi, Superdrug, Tk-Max and more only 10 min away walking.
